What we collect

When you submit the BedAlly intake, we collect the contact details and care-need answers you provide, plus your IP address and user-agent for fraud prevention. We do not request a Social Security number, date of birth, or full medical record.

How we use it

We share your information only with the matched facilities you asked to be contacted by, so they can reach out with care options. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can opt out of further contact by replying STOP to any message.

Data retention

Placement requests are retained for 24 months and then purged. Audit-log entries are retained for 36 months for security and compliance.

HIPAA

BedAlly is a referral service, not a HIPAA-covered entity. Your responses to the intake are not part of a medical record.
