How it works

A calm path through a stressful moment.

When a loved one needs care soon — after a hospital stay, a diagnosis, or a slow change at home — there is rarely time to call ten facilities. BedAlly does the matching so you can focus on your family.

A caregiver warmly greets a senior at the door of their home.
Step 1

A short, calm intake

Five short questions, about three minutes. We ask who needs care, where, what kind, how it will be paid for, and how many facilities you would like to hear from. Your information is private and only shared with facilities you ask us to contact.

Step 2

Quiet, accurate matching

We look at distance, level of care, payer accepted, acuity capabilities, and current bed availability. We hold facilities accountable to keep their availability current. You receive up to three matches — or just one if you prefer.

Step 3

A real call from a real person

An admissions coordinator from each matched facility will call or text directly — usually within four hours. You compare, ask questions, tour if you want to, and choose. There is no obligation if no one is the right match.

Common questions

Quiet answers to common questions.

Yes — always free. We are paid by the facilities we match you with, only when we deliver a qualified request. You never pay BedAlly, and the matched facility doesn’t charge you for the introduction either.
No. Matched facilities reach out one time. You choose how many facilities contact you — from one match to three. You can opt out at any point by replying STOP. There is no obligation to tour or move in.
Your information is only shared with the facilities you ask us to contact. We never sell your information. See our privacy policy for the full details.
Most families hear back within four hours during business hours. After-hours requests — including weekends — are picked up by the first business day. You will also get a confirmation email immediately after submitting.
Choose “Not sure — need guidance” in the intake and our team will help you sort it out. We can walk you through skilled nursing vs. assisted living vs. memory care and what each typically costs.
Yes. Use our discharge planner intake, designed for hospital case managers. It defaults to a professional submission and includes the clinical fields you’ll want to share with downstream facilities.

Ready when you are.

It usually takes about three minutes to fill out the intake. You can also save your spot and finish later — we’ll remember where you left off.
